The LeelaSwamy Foundation was born from the enduring compassion of Leelavathi and Swaminathan Mannadiar of Vilayodi, Palakkad. In an era when modern safety nets and government medical insurance were unavailable, they stood as a vital lifeline for our region. Deeply connected to their agricultural roots, they dedicated their lives to uplifting the community—providing crucial financial aid for medical treatments and sustaining local families through challenging non-agricultural seasons.

At the LeelaSwamy Foundation, we believe education is the most powerful tool for transformation. To support young learners in our community, we actively distribute essential school supplies—including textbooks, notebooks, bags, and stationery—to underprivileged children studying in nearby government schools, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Looking ahead, our vision is to establish an integrated, modern school. This institution will operate on a sustainable model: generating its own revenue while simultaneously funding and providing high-quality, free education and resources for underprivileged children in the Palakkad region.

No elderly person should have to face their golden years in isolation. The LeelaSwamy Foundation is establishing a compassionate old age home dedicated to providing needy, abandoned, and lonely seniors with a safe haven. We offer nutritious meals, medical attention, and a supportive family environment to ensure they live with the utmost dignity and peace.
